The Long Valley Track team helps kids from Washington Township, NJ learn and compete in track and field and cross country events throughout Morris County. We compete in the Lakeland Junior Track & Field League, which is comprised of approximately 14 other Morris County teams.
We stress helping our team learn the fundamentals of competitive running skills, basic strategies, good sportsmanship, safe warm up and running practices, teamwork and having fun!
Enrollment is open to resident children of Washington Township. Athletes are organized into age groups based on their age as of December 31st of the current year.
